Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

We ship across India. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days, and most reach you 3–6 working days after that. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
What it costs

Prices on the site include GST and delivery, so the total at checkout is the total you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cash on delivery
Available on orders up to ₹10,000. Above that, please pay online — the risk on a high-value parcel in transit is more than a small brand can carry. Keep the exact amount ready; couriers often can’t give change.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in India with a serviceable PIN code. We can’t currently deliver to Army Post Office (APO) addresses, and we don’t ship internationally yet. If your PIN code isn’t accepted at checkout, write to help@velmont-clothing.com — sometimes we can arrange something.
If something goes wrong
If tracking hasn’t moved for three working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email help@velmont-clothing.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it. Don’t accept a parcel that is visibly opened or tampered with — refuse delivery and tell us.
