These terms cover buying from velmont-clothing.com. Placing an order means accepting them.

Who you are buying from

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. Occasionally we may not be able to accept — a size sells out between your click and our confirmation, an address is outside our courier network, or a price was listed in obvious error. In that case we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay, never after. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Buy 2, get 10% off

Put 2 or more garments in your bag and 10% comes off the price of the garments. It applies to everything on the site, needs no code, and comes off automatically in your bag.

• Garments are counted one by one, not by line — 2 of the same tee qualifies exactly as a mix of 2 does.
• The 10% is taken off the garments only. GST is already included in the price you see and is recalculated on the reduced amount, so you are taxed on what you actually pay. A cash-on-delivery fee, where one applies, is added afterwards and is never discounted.
• The offer comes off before any discount code, so a percentage code applies to the reduced amount rather than the list price.
• We may change or withdraw the offer at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Payment

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. An order is treated as paid only once the payment provider confirms it to us. For cash on delivery, payment is due to the courier when the parcel arrives.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. We’ll always tell you what we know, but the last mile is a courier’s and we can’t promise a date. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See the shipping policy for the detail.

Returns

Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to anything you are entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — nothing here reduces them.

Your account

Keep access to your email address secure, since a one-time code sent there is all it takes to sign in. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently.

Our designs

The prints, photography, and wordmark on this site are ours. Buying a garment buys the garment, not the right to reproduce what is printed on it.

Liability

We are responsible for what we sell you. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable — nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. Before anything reaches a court, please write to help@velmont-clothing.com — nearly everything is a misunderstanding that a reply can fix.
